Cultivation Association
Are you planning to set up a cannabis social club? As a lawyer with a focus on cannabis law, I accompany you from the founding of the association to the application for a cultivation license.
Through my in-depth experience with establishing cannabis social clubs, I will help you navigate through a complex regulatory environment.
Legal support for the establishment of a CSC
From the articles of association to the license
The establishment of a cannabis social club is subject to strict legal requirements under the Consumer Cannabis Act (KCanG). Even minor errors in the articles of association, missing safety concepts or incomplete applications can lead to the rejection of the cultivation permit – or later to the withdrawal of the license.
Having supported more than 100 clubs in applying for a cultivation license, I know the requirements of the authorities inside out and ensure that your club is legally compliant from the outset. I will support you at every stage, from club registration to successful licensing and ongoing advice.
My services include:
The preparation of all necessary documents for the registration of your association (incl. articles of association, documents for the founding meeting, election of the board of directors, registration in the register of associations, etc.), as well as all the necessary concepts for applying for a cultivation permit, including
- Health and youth protection concept
- Security concept
- Participation concept
- Destruction concept
- Support with out-of-court correspondence with authorities
