Criminal defense with precision & strategy

Criminal proceedings are existential situations. They require legal precision, strategic action and a clear head. As a criminal defense lawyer with many years of experience in commercial, tax and narcotics criminal law, I represent clients at all stages of the proceedings – from the preliminary investigation to the main trial.

I defend where law and practice meet: with a focus on proceedings relating to narcotics, cannabis, medicinal or industrial hemp. Many of my mandates arise at the interface of regulated industry and criminal liability – where new markets meet old structures.

My advice is deliberately aimed at entrepreneurs who prefer to concentrate on their operational business and place the legal framework in professional hands with confidence.

My approach

Every defense begins with an analysis – not with an assumption. I examine the facts, identify points of attack and develop a strategy.

Above all, I manage your mandate transparently so that you understand the process and can decide which solution is acceptable for you.

When the child has already fallen into the well.

Not every client comes to me with a blank sheet of paper. Many of my cases begin when an investigation, search or indictment has already been made.

I also take over in late stages of proceedings and help you with the experience gained from numerous proceedings in commercial, tax and narcotics criminal law.
